US Airways has a new targeted buy Dividend Miles promotion between August 6-22, 2014, for up to 100% bonus on purchased miles (max 50,000 miles).
US Airways has a targeted some accounts for 75% or 100% purchase bonus that is not staggered as is usually the case. There could be an offer out for 50% bonus as well.

The price of a mile, when purchased at the 100% bonus, is 1.88 cents each.
Conclusion
Seems that the US Airways will continue these mileage sales until the very end. This is the maximum bonus that US Airways usually offers for straight purchases. You could have purchased miles at 1.1 cents during the 100% transfer bonus earlier this year.
You can now use Dividend Miles for Oneworld alliance awards and these will eventually turn to American Airlines AAdvantage miles once the programs are merged sometime in early 2015.
